Conquering Quarantine #6 & #7: Helping others and Living your Values

Updated: Apr 29

So for me, part of living my value is helping people. I like being able to help. With the quarantine, assisting people can be a little more of a challenge, but that doesn't mean that you cannot help anyone in need.

Living your values is helping people.

Try calling people to check on them. If you know someone who cannot work in their yard or run errands, you can help.

You can reconnect deeply with friends or relatives that have moved or are not close to you. Calling them will allow you to reconnect. I've been able to talk to different family members and learn more about my family history. Learning about my family's history and their values enhance my own.

Knowing your values and understanding what motivates

When we build our lives around our values, we create a meaningful life. You get to align your actions with your values and be authentic about who you are and how you want to live your purpose in this world.
